1) What this covers
These Terms govern your use of Printellect (the “Service”), including submitting print requests, uploading files, providing links, making payments, and requesting shipping.
2) Eligibility and accounts
- • You must use the Service only if you can form a binding contract and comply with applicable law.
- • You’re responsible for activity under your account/session and keeping access links or tokens secure.
- • We may suspend, restrict, or refuse service if we reasonably believe there’s abuse, fraud, or prohibited activity.
3) Your submissions (files, links, notes)
- • You represent that you have the rights to submit any files/links/content you provide.
- • Don’t submit illegal content or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
- • Don’t submit sensitive information in notes (see the Privacy Policy).
- • We may refuse, pause, or cancel any request we can’t safely or lawfully fulfill.
4) Intellectual property and takedowns
If you believe material submitted through the Service infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with enough information for us to identify and review the material (for example: the request ID, the work claimed to be infringed, and your contact information). We may remove or restrict access to content at our discretion while we review.
5) Payments
If payments are enabled, checkout is handled by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). Prices, fees (including rush fees), taxes, and shipping (if applicable) may apply. See the Refunds & Shipping Policy for cancellation/refund rules.
6) Quality, timing, and availability
- • 3D printing is iterative; minor cosmetic variation is normal.
- • Any ETAs shown are estimates and may change based on queue conditions, printer downtime, or material availability.
- • The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reliability improvements.
7) Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Printellect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States (without regard to conflict-of-laws principles). You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin (as applicable), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
10) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
