2) Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and similar storage to keep the Service working and secure (for example, login sessions and CSRF protection). Some pages may also store a token in your browser storage to help you access “My Prints” without re-entering your email.

3) How we use information

• • To process and manage print requests.
• • To communicate updates you request (email notifications, etc.).
• • To provide shipping and delivery coordination.
• • To prevent abuse, fraud, and to keep the Service reliable.

4) Third parties

We use third-party services to operate the Service. Depending on which features you use, this may include:

• • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe) for checkout and payment confirmation.
• • Shipping services (e.g., Shippo) to create labels, track shipments, and handle delivery events.
• • Bot / abuse protection (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile) on certain forms.

Note: When you pay through Stripe, card/payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

5) Public queue visibility

The public queue may display limited request information (such as status and a first-name indicator) to help users track progress. Do not submit sensitive information in request notes.

6) Retention & deletion

We retain information as needed to run the Service and keep proper records. If account deletion is available, you can request deletion from your account settings. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

7) Your choices

• • You can opt out of certain emails using unsubscribe links where provided.
• • You can avoid including sensitive personal data in request notes.
