What to expect for cancellations, refunds, and deliveries

1) Custom work

Most requests are custom-made to your specs. Once printing starts, refunds may be limited because materials and machine time have already been used.

2) Cancellations and refunds

  • • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
  • • If we can’t fulfill a request (for example due to safety, legality, or technical constraints), we may cancel and refund applicable amounts.
  • • Rush fees or expedited processing fees (if any) may be non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds (when issued) are typically returned to the original payment method. Timing can vary by payment provider and bank.

3) Reprints and quality issues

If there’s a clear print defect or we made a mistake relative to agreed specs, contact us with your request ID. We’ll review and may offer a reprint, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.

4) Shipping

  • • Shipping may be offered only for supported destinations and services.
  • • You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Undeliverable or returned packages may require additional postage to resend.
  • • Tracking updates are provided by shipping carriers and may be delayed.

5) Damaged or missing packages

If a shipped order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and include the request ID (if available). We’ll work with you and the carrier to determine the best next step.
