What to expect for cancellations, refunds, and deliveries

1) Custom work
Most requests are custom-made to your specs. Once printing starts, refunds may be limited because materials and machine time have already been used.
2) Cancellations and refunds
- • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
- • If we can’t fulfill a request (for example due to safety, legality, or technical constraints), we may cancel and refund applicable amounts.
- • Rush fees or expedited processing fees (if any) may be non-refundable once work has started.
3) Reprints and quality issues
If there’s a clear print defect or we made a mistake relative to agreed specs, contact us with your request ID. We’ll review and may offer a reprint, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
4) Shipping
- • Shipping may be offered only for supported destinations and services.
- • You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Undeliverable or returned packages may require additional postage to resend.
- • Tracking updates are provided by shipping carriers and may be delayed.
5) Damaged or missing packages
If a shipped order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and include the request ID (if available). We’ll work with you and the carrier to determine the best next step.
